About
CLUB METAMORFOSIS
In April 2017, with the purpose of supporting the personal and professional growth of our community, Toastmasters International: Club Metamorfosis was born: the first All-Spanish Toastmasters club in Kern County. Clarita Hidalgo de Portillo, along with her Mentor and collaborator Debbie Allmond, decided To provide this space for all those who sought to improve and grow in their communication and leadership. Toastmaster metamorphosis, in its first two years, became a President's Distinguished Club. Club Metamorphosis continues to seek the success of its members and to place the club's work in the best of positions.

Abogado de profesión y docente de vocación, como la presidente del club Metamorfosis, mi posición es proveer al club con apoyo y liderazgo para todas las actividades del club. Motivar, crear paz y facilitar como sea requerido y algunas veces levantarme y tomar decisiones difíciles y mantener el respeto aun que aveces no este totalmente de acuerdo.
No sabía nada acerca de los clubs de Toastmaster y decidí conocerlo por la simple razón de aprender algo nuevo o reafirmar conocimientos que ya tenia acerca del arte de hablar en público, con una metodología diferente. Me gustó mucho y me quedé, es un sistema de aprendizaje muy efectivo, un lugar de crecimiento personal y de liderazgo. Un sistema divertido de aprendizaje.

Dress Code
We require that all persons who attend any of the Club Metamorfosis meetings wear a formal/casual attire.
